Double and single beds are dressed in smooth damask linen with two sized pillows for premium comfort. Additional clients can sleep in the comfy double sofa bed in the living room.

housekeeping - except week-ends and public holidays,
changing of the towels - after every 3rd night when you stay minimum 6 days, changing of the bed linen once in the middle of your stay with minimum of 10 days accommodation, more frequently on request for a fee.

cancellation conditions: If the clients change or cancel their reservation less then 7 days before their arrival, the first night of the stay incl. all pre-ordered services will be charged.

If the clients cancel or change their reservation the day of his arrival or shorter booking period during their stay or in the case of no-show the whole amount of the stay incl. all pre-ordered services will be charged.

If the quest doesn´t provide us with the valid credit card details the day of booking or if there is not enough money to cover the whole stay incl. all pre-ordered services on their credit card one week before his arrival, the reservation will be cancelled.

Attention: Special cancellation policy:
All reservations for the Easter period (touched also only 1 day in this period) and New Year's Eve period (touched also only 1 day in this period) must be fully pre-paid the day of the reservation.
Cancellation policy: If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit: The total amount of the booked accomodation will be charged from your credit or debit card immediately after booking. The charging of the cc proceeds in CZK currency according to the current exchange rates on the day of charging. This amount wont be refunded in case of cancellation.
It is not possible to cancel or change days of stay.

children: Free! All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night per baby for baby cot - only by request.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 18/night/person for extra bed.

extra bed possibilities: Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in 1 apartment is 2.
