Groups 10/10 Staff: 10 , Clean: 10 , Room: 10 , Value for money: 10 , Locality: 10 we throughly enjoyed the stay and overall was great however I had two problems, one was the noise above our room every morning of moving furniture or trolleys and high heels. the other was the grumpy/unhelpful bar man who was on duty on the Sunday and Monday night 10th and 11th October. The girl ond uty in the bar on the Tuesday night was a breath of fresh air.

With friends 10/10 Staff: 10 , Clean: 10 , Room: 10 , Value for money: 10 , Locality: 10 the whole experience was excellent except for the bar man who was on duty sunday and monday night he was unhelpful and give the impression he did not want to be there for example we asked what type of white wine he had and he shoved a bottle into our faces and turned his head away ( unforgettable experience) also on the first night we came back to our hotel after a late meal as the flight was very late and we asked for a drink at five past closing time and he was so ignoranant ( unforgatable)

Another comment we found however justified and we add to this suggestion the following comment. The bathroom was not just standard but among the best we hed seen anywhere in Hotels of four stars. The only little comment was the shower curtain. Please make it heavier and longer so the water does not come to the floor. A most friengly and first class Hotel altogether.

Everything was excellent and we really appreciate the excellent booking service also. Prague is a beautiful city where I felt vety safe and found it easy to navigate around.
